I am doing this by promoting a generative culture that embraces best practices, collaboration, and continuous learning and improvement.I have over 25 years of experience developing software and have learned a lot along the way. I continue to challenge myself and my teams to expand our knowledge and develop superior ways to meet the objective of delivering valuable software to our customers.I am an Agile enthusiast who strongly believes in the concept of iterative development accompanied with continual improvement in the way we develop, build, and deliver value to our customers. It's important to me that we question the status quo and refuse to accept that something should be done a certain way just because it has always been done that way.I truly believe in, and promote a culture of technical excellence within our organization at Ross Video. It's important to me to share my passion for this with my team and ensure that this is part of our culture. Clean architecture and code leads to higher quality software that is easily extensible and maintainable. Having the right test automation in place provides us with confidence and mitigates risk. I promote the use of Behavioural Driven Development (BDD), Domain Driven Design (DDD), Test Driven Design (TDD), and pair/mob programming as practices that deliver the outcomes we desire.
