My primary role at OrderLogix is the design & engineering of it's core products. These include applications for Order Management, Payment Processing, Scheduled and event driven processing, and CTI (Computer Telephony Integration). I've designed several standards and modular frameworks to allow developers to extend its functionality. I regularly serve as a mentor to both Junior and off-shore workers, offering documentation and direct technical assistance. I am also responsible for change management, coordinating the testing, documentation, and release of both feature & maintenance updates to our core products.

Designed and wrote software to automate in-house surveys conducted at Unum Provident. Mastered Visual Basic and SQL Server 7. This project included collaborating with individuals in HR, learning their methodology for conducting surveys, and encapsulating that in an automated tool. I also helped automate other procedures such as communicating employee status changes to the various departments that needed to respond to those events.

Provided administrative support for a multinational installation of PeopleSoft. In addition to monitoring and actively maintaining the server-side components of PeopleSoft, I created useful tools to help automate these tasks, including some self-service tools that could be used by the help desk for troubleshooting common PeopleSoft problems.
