Digitalogistics was a tech support and repair service for 300 stores’ POS (Point of Sale) cash register, inventory, and security/surveillance systems based in Pelham, Alabama Managed call center consisting of three helpdesk technicians that handled a volume of 30 to 80 calls per day with a solution turnaround of less than 1 hour. Dispatched field technicians for onsite technical issues.Responsibilities included phone support, onsite install and repair service for back office PC, cash registers, printers, modems, monitors, and cables (Arcnet, Ethernet, Cat-5, coaxial). Built PC’s and loaded all needed software (Digital Dining, MGR Work Station, System MGR Pro, Power, MGR Asst). Setup registers and peripherals to client specification.Developed and maintained inventory, menu databases, and templates.

Repaired and installed POS register systems in grocery stores throughout service area in Alabama and Mississippi. Duties included hardware placement and installation of cable and network devices, as well as software deployment and configuration.
