I have worked from beginning to end stages of evaluating both enterprise-wide and state specific clinical programs. These stages include: Collecting requirements from various stakeholders, developing analysis plan to track process and outcome metrics, defining intervention groups and statistical power needed to complete the study, collecting and managing the data, developing regular reporting on the project, conducting analyses, and interpreting the results in reports and presentations to the stakeholders. The programs that I have worked on include: targeting high-risk pregnancy, evaluation of transition of care from hospital to home setting, and effectiveness of telephonic care management. As a senior member of the Health Economics team I provided mentoring and training to other analysts, assisted in interviewing new candidates, and helped to establish and maintain quality control processes.
