• Obtained Series 6, 63, and Indiana Life and Health insurance license. The main objective of the management associate program is to become a licensed banker. I shadowed the top managers and bankers in the state of Indiana and I began to run the platform side on my own. • During one month of my program i achieved 477% to goal in deposits, 387% to goal in payments, and 227% to goal in investments.• Averaged 40-50 calls per week.
