I have worked within the hospitality industry for over 23 years and in that time I have worked in the UK, New Zealand & Australia, and have progressed from being a kitchen hand to managing bars & restaurants in Wellington & Sydney, to overseeing events & catering venues within the Royal Botanic gardens and Sydney Harbour.In my career I have developed a sound understanding of all front and back of house procedures and roles. I have extensive experience in the financial, operations, human resources, client relationship and marketing & promotions side to the business and have applied these skills to develop award winning venues and teams. I am passionate about the industry, and as such, I am always keen to adopt new ideas into a business. After extensive work within a variety of industry sectors, from bars and restaurants through gaming and events management, I am ready to refocus my employment in areas I am both familiar and unfamiliar with. I am ready and eager for fresh new challenges, which will enable me to broaden my own customer service focused career, whilst working alongside my team to further the business.
