Chris Romano is a VP Strategic Enrollment, Outreach and Engagement and Executive Director of RCNJ Foundation at Ramapo College of New Jersey. He possess expertise in higher education, student affairs, leadership, public speaking, student development and 27 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "Chris has been a positive addition to the Ramapo College community. Understanding the mission of the College within the context of the many different stakeholders and the financial realities that the College faces, he continues to strive for excellence as a leader of the College. I was fortunate enough to have worked with Chris during my time as Student Trustee. Chris not only helped me with my official duties as Student Trustee and coordinating that with the President as well as the other members of the Board of Trustees but also in my major initiative push during my senior year: having students understand and stand-up against the harsh financial realities of a lack of funding from the State of New Jersey. Chris is a definite asset to any institution and contributes in both a positive and meaningful way."
