Headed up full wireless infrastructure asset management group with the Telecoms business unit of Arqiva managing the largest independent wireless infrastructure portfolio in the UK. Company and UK subject matter expert on Site Share in this sector.Responsible for Site Portfolio & Estates management across c.8500 active sites inc. ~7000 leases, Site Share customer licensing for >200 network operator clients with >20,000 customer agreements, Town & Country Planning and Community Relations management. Delivery of Site Share related P&L of c.£200m pa and core Estates costs base of c.£60m pa.Key member of Arqiva team which delivered a positive outcome on the new Electronic Communications Code legislation (Dec 2017) and developed implementation strategy and plan for Telecoms.

Responsible for product management of all infrastructure related products for the Telecoms business unit of Arqiva, including Site Share, Installation Services & Power Reselling to blue chip wireless network operators (inc all Mobile Operators) and also for site portfolio management and customer licensing across c.8500 active Arqiva sites.Delivery of infrastructure product and business P&Ls valued at c.£200m pa.Critical commercial role in negotiation of 10 year network consolidation Site Share deal with CTIL (Vodfone / O2 JV) worth £100m's, and in leading delivery of all site & Site Share related elements of negotiation and settlement with EE for network consolidation, again valued in the £100m's.

Headed up a unified wireless products & site portfolio management group within the Government, Mobile & Enterprise business unit of Arqiva. Responsible for the management of all of the business unit's in life products including Site Share and Public Safety products, supporting the development and implementation of new products and management of the company's Site Portfolios across c.9,000 active sites including >20k customer licences on those sites. Delivered c.£250m P&L, including Site Share contracts with major clients such as Vodafone, O2, EE, 3 and BT.

Responsible for management of all Wireless Access site portfolios across c.9000 sites and the associated Site Share P&L of c.£190m pa.Subject matter expert and leader of multi-disciplined team delivering core wireless infrastructure services (principally Site Share) to over 200 wireless operator clients, including the main Mobile and Fixed Line Operators.Pivotal role in negotiating and closing 10 year Site Share deal with MBNL (TMobile & Three JV) with contract value in £100m's.

Commercial & asset management of core wireless infrastructure. Delivery of the core Site Share product P&L of c.£120m pa across c.5000 sites through management of a multi-disciplined asset management, licensing and business analysis team. Transformed divisions ownership & control of Site Share agreements and negotiated improved framework agreements with key clients.Managed commercial relationships with site portfolio owners, including blue chip clients such as BT, BG and National Grid.Negotiated and closed £10m pa Site Share settlement deal with Orange.

Various roles within broadly the same gas utility group(s), including gas distribution management roles, senior gas engineering HQ policy roles, Head of UK Regulation for BG Group and a Business Manager role driving wireless telecoms opportunities and site share related commercial negotiations within Lattice Group/Transco.
