About Chris Ross

A senior-level banking professional with 30+ years in the financial services industry with a background in business development and sales management, project management and bank operations.Chris joined US Bank’s Corporate & Commercial Banking division in January 2014 and currently serves as a Senior Vice President/Relationship Manager. Prior to joining US Bank, Chris served in his role as Senior Vice President and Western Regional Manager of Treasury Management for UMB Bank from 2007 – 2013 and held various management roles at KeyBank from 1999 - 2007. Chris is a third generation Colorado native and grew up in Arvada; a graduate of Arvada West HS and attended Colorado State University. Embracing the Colorado lifestyle, Chris enjoys everything outdoors from hiking and skiing to cycling and running and is an active health enthusiast. Chris and his husband, Edward P. Cannon, PhD (Associate Professor for Mental Health Counseling in the School of Education and Human Development at CU Denver) reside in Denver's Park Hill neighborhood. As an advocate and active member in the community, Chris currently holds board positions with the following organizations, Denver Zoo, DMC Leadership Foundation, Colorado Business Committees for the Arts (CBCA), and the Salvation Army. Chris has previous held board positions with The Center on Colfax (formerly the GLBT Community Center), Metro Denver Partners and has served on the capital campaign for Wonderbound Ballet and gala committee for Colorado Youth for a Change. He is also a member of the Rocky Mountain Association for Financial Professionals.
