Experienced Supply Chain manager in two industries with emphasis on process development, product commercialization, and systems implementations. My career began as a planner and Master Scheduler in the Semiconductor industry with Teradyne. This provided a base of knowledge for developing business processes by leveraging Advanced Planning software. I worked closely with Kinaxis Rapid Response to help implement "Glass Pipeline" planning solutions to provide integration and visibility between the factory network and the subcontractors to manage key commodities and rapid simulation analysis. In 2005 , I transitioned to the Biotech industry with Amgen as a Manager of Planning master data. This role expanded into a project lead for implementation of Demand and Supply Planning tools and software leveraging SAP's SCM (APO 5.x) software. At the conclusion of Amgen’s Global ERP project in 2008 I moved to the business in the role of Supply Chain Director leading the Global Product Planning team with focus on Commercial Product Life Cycle management and Supply Planning across Amgen's Global network. This includes integration of processes, systems, and functions focused on ensuring patient supply for Amgen's product portfolio.In 2013 I moved to Amgen's Asia Pacific Supply Chain team to manage the Regional Operations Leads and Planners. The focus of my efforts will be supporting Amgen's key strategic initiative to commercialize products in Japan, China, Australia, and SE Asia.
