Over the course of my career, I’ve consistently been motivated by the challenge of navigating complex issues and helping communities understand them. Growing up in regional Victoria, I've had the privilege of experiencing the rich diversity within regional communities firsthand. I know that "one size fits all" approaches simply don't work when it comes to projects and planning in these unique communities. That's why I'm passionate about bringing a nuanced understanding of their complexities to the table at the same time as helping the communities to understand complex projects.In my current role, I get to combine my love of seeing people reap the social and economic benefits of digital technology and connectivity and my passion for making sure regional communities have someone supporting them to bridge the digital divide. As Community Engagement Manager for nbn Local, I am a conduit into and out of nbn for North West Victoria. I bring information about updates, changes to services and upgrades happening across the nbn network and make sure communities are able to get the most from their connectivity.
