Delivered special projects for UK Sport, British Cycling, Team SKY and Pinarello, primarily involving bicycle frame and component design for elite-level road and track cyclists.Self-managed projects were completed to above industry-standard quality and performance. I supplied almost complete end-to-end solutions from distilling initial user requirements, moving to simulated stress and load analysis, to full frame geometry design, prototyping and production tooling.Projects I was involved in have gone on to set new standards of performance in cycling. These include designs that have won Gold at the London Design Awards, have contributed to multiple Tour de France stage wins, multiple Olympic Gold medals, and have been used to set new World records, Paralympic Records and personal bests for riders across track and road from their first use.Highlights:End-to-end execution for Paralympic carbon tandem bicycle, originally launched in 2015.
