The main focus of the role is to practically devise and deliver all physical performance and injury prevention sessions and ensure players are optimally prepared for match play. As a qualified strength and conditioning coach as well as a qualified sports yoga teacher a blend of mobility, injury prevention, and traditional strength conditioning methods are.

Scientific support is provided to young professional players typically aged 18-21. The duties were to evaluate the youth teams training sessions by using the Polar Team System Heart Rate data. Weekly & monthly reports were produced and fed back to the youth team manager, the data was used to provide an idea on training.
