LVL III– as a Level 3 Installer my position required multitasking and proper customer service. I installed HD TV, DVR & VoIP & Network support primarily to residential accounts. I performed Television, Internet & Telephone Installations and Network Hardware Upgrades to Residential Accounts.

Daily responsibilities as part of management entailed filing, customer service, bulk mailing and expense auditing. I was promoted to Administrative Assistant in 1998 that required more time and direct relations to the President and CEO.

Guest Services, Bellman & Conference Services- Working at this resort was a pleasure. I was part of a prestigious team that was dedicated to top services to all visitors. This seasonal position required a diversity of tasks and demand for more than just full time hours. Conference Services and Room Services were my primary responsibilities.

Working & Living full time as a seasonal manager, I had full control of the operations of the resort. I learned all aspects of hospitality functions, staff delegations & handling guest services and inner office functions. I delegated a staff of 6, managed all front desk operations, projected sales & reservations and more

This was my first hospitality job out of College. I worked directly side by side with the owner of the facility; I was trained in all aspects of management and internal operations of the hotel business. I managed a small staff of 4, as well as handled all the office duties from payroll, night auditing to reservations and handled guest check-ins and check-outs.
