Attend Anywhere offers an operational, service level model to achieve this, as well as online management tools and resources to help people implement the model and get the most out of it.

With an initial focus on enabling consumer video call access to Healthdirect own services, (such as www.pregnancybirthbaby.org.au) the healthdirect Video Call program has been expanded to support sustainable ‘business-as-usual' video call access to hundreds of government health services at scale across Australia - see.

• Responsible for re-designing the model for selection and matching of advanced trainees to teaching hospital positions, including developing automated work-flow management
• Represented RACP at the National e-Health Transition Authority Stakeholder forums
• Developed new on-line learning and learning management and assessment system to support basic and advanced training curriculum as well as continuing professional development

• Telehealth services
• Formed partnership with 2 medical colleges and commercial stakeholders. Aim was to maximise the use of video conferencing for the sustainable delivery of health education and clinical services
• Developed Attend Anywhere model which identified 12 ‘roles’ required. Key components of the model addressed logistical, technical and non technical issues such as quality control, distributed support and coordination.
• Formed GTH Events managed services business to provide independent coordination services
• Developed web based management software to automate process workflow
• Increased service delivery to 20000 site hours a year from 60+ provider agencies including the Royal Australasian College of Physicians Physician lecture series, now in its 8th year, which consists of 600+ trainees.

• TeleHealth Victoria formed in partnership with Victorian Healthcare Association to remove barriers to telehealth adoption
• Participated in a Commonwealth Standing Committee report on Barriers to Telemedicine that ultimately resulted in a Medicare schedule for tele-psychiatry amongst other recommendations
• Established that main issue was a lack of providers in major centres prepared / able to allow access to their services or education via video conference
• 12 month full time assignment with Bayside Health to develop their e-Health unit
• Developed joint $1.6m initiative with the Department of Human Services, Bayside Health and the Gippsland Rural Health Alliance to develop a model for the effective exchange of remote services
