Driven Design Engineer and Project Manager, accustom to overseeing long term complex projects that require attention to detail and design with a wide range of teams. I see the importance of creating and maintaining schedules and budgets to keep the vision and goals of the initial statement of work. Each phase of the process is extremely important in the timing of implementing a completed project into a production environment. The 5 phases of product development all build upon each other and is only as solid as completed nature of each design phase.I have a passion for testing and procedure. Designing testing parameters, executed these test with the appropriate equipment is extremely important to understand the systems you are trying to create or change. Properly breaking down data and expressing it in a manner that is easy to understand and digest will allow groups of decision-makers to make the right choice. My goal is always to be open-minded and ready to learn anything at any time. Whether I am creating a product or a developing an internal process these all require equal effort. This includes all aspects of manufacturer; engineering, purchasing, marketing, sales, or production. Understanding and learning the process of each person or department you touch will aid in a collaborative environment that will produce extremely positive results.
