Maintain employee files in Payforce inclusive of new hires, pay rate changes, data changes, and terminations.Receive import files or time sheets and required paperwork from terminals weekly. Import files into Payforce and follow through to completion of processing.Review Inactive Employees with Pay data report and notify terminals of any discrepancies.Review and send Active Hourly Employees without Hours report to terminals as necessary.Check all originals to Employee Changes Report to ensure accuracy. Follow up with Benefits Dept for their approval on any changes that were made by them and get sign off.Review payroll registers and make any necessary adjustments to complete payroll.Print reports and do weekly payroll journal entries.Complete Stat Summary spreadsheet and notify Wall regarding the funding of all payrolls.Send Outstanding Premium Notice’s as necessary based on Unused Deduction Report.Filing of completed payrolls, W-4’s, Direct Deposit information, New Hire information, Garnishments and LST waivers. Pull from files all information listed above for terminated employees then re-file by Company code and year terminated.Respond timely to requests from terminals and outside agencies for employee information.Complete forms from TALX regarding all Unemployment information requests.Do journals for approved payroll changes.Key and upload journal entries into Mas 200.Backup and assist with bank deposits.Assist with answering phones.
