About Chris Sadler

For the past 15+ years I’ve held leadership positions and consulted to some amazing global organisations, mostly in the For Purpose sector, but not forgetting my roots in the investment banking industry. I’m usually involved in the growth phase of organizations or during times of restructuring and reorganization, when a new strategy and way of work is required. The slow and painful work of gaining consensus for change from a range of stakeholders is something I seem to be drawn into again and again. I’ve also spent the past 10+ years serving as a Non-Executive Director on several public and private corporations in Australia and the US. I’ve tended to be involved when companies are looking to raise capital and/or considering mergers and acquisitions.I spent the first 20 years of my career working on mergers and acquisitions and capital raisings at several of the world’s largest investment banks: JP Morgan, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank
