Chris has an extensive background in the UK property market. He began investing in buy-to-let properties in 1999, while concurrently managing a successful family-owned fish and chip business. Over the years, he continued to expand his portfolio, acquiring both residential and commercial properties. In addition to growing his property portfolio, Chris successfully launched two more fish and chip businesses, ventured into used car sales and MOT services with a focus on exporting used cars, and established a smart repair centre. In recent years, he has shifted his focus towards developing new properties and renovating uninhabitable houses into habitable homes.Now, through Olive Leaf Lettings, Chris is supporting Landlords across Leicester and Leicestershire with lettings, property maintenance and property management. Rather than being 'just the property managers', Chris believes every landlord is a partner and approaches the business of lettings and management like the properties are his own.Outside of his professional life, Chris, who is of Greek Cypriot descent, places a strong emphasis on family values in his personal life and is a dedicated family man.
