The Liquor Control Board of Ontario or LCBO is a Crown corporation that retails and distributes alcoholic beverages throughout the Canadian province of Ontario. It is accountable to the Legislative Assembly through the Minister of Finance.

Liaison duties: Coordinating and inviting Guests of Honour who are to attend the convention. Scheduling flight, hotel, and travel accommodations for VIPs. Recruiting, assembling and training new liaison staff. Assigning team of assistants with each VIP to ensure guests make their scheduled events and seeing to their general security and other needs. Coordinating interview time slots with media department.

Endorse Discount’s promotions, products and services at the counter and on the phone. Use questioning techniques to determine customer’s needs and recommend products and services to best serve them. Provide service that “goes the extra mile” with customers. Open and close rental agreements and complete billing to customers. Complete insurance authorizations and extensions. In addition, perform miscellaneous duties as needed. Be a team player in the Branch.

As the Inside Sales Associate, my main duties included, customer service, order taking both counter and over the telephone, order verification, stock replenishment of the warehouse, speaking with supplier reps regarding new and existing products, arranging pricing deals for materials and specialty items, shipping/receiving and logistics.
