I have a wealth of real estate experience having work as an estate agent for larger corporate organisations, run my own Sales & Letting Business for 12 years in central Exeter and developed a strong working relationship and having spent the last 10 years as a specialist land agent/land buyer sourcing development opportunities in Devon, Somerset and Cornwall for PLC, regional and local development companies. I set my own estate agency business up in Exeter city centre in 2002 from scratch and developed a robust sales and lettings business which was aimed at a target market which a clean crisp image which was driven by providing excellent customer service. In 2014 we sold the business to Your Move estate agents.I was responsible for all aspects of business development, sales management, recruitment, team building, accounts, PAYE and office networks.Experience in advising on all types of residential sales and lettings property in the Devon and Exeter area. Advice on all type of property management issues, tenancy contracts and single or block management. 30+ years experience and an in-depth knowledge of most towns, cities and villages within Devon & Cornwall.
