To lead and deliver a complex crime reduction initiative (CRI), integrated, accessible, high quality and comprehensive Substance misuse recovery services across the London Borough of Camden, with a responsibility of managing sub-contracted clinical, psychosocial and recovery support provider relationships and also addressing the problems of homelessness in the area. The focus of all interventions will be:• To reduce harm to the individual, their families and the wider community.• To promote healthier lives, wellbeing and active citizenship.• To increase service user choice and to promote service user and significant others’ involvement.• To provide effective case management and coordination covering areas of risk, substance misuse, problematic behaviour, housing, social functioning, employability, psychological and physical health.• To support individuals into paid employment and/or relevant training, education or occupation.• To provide effective coaching and line management identifying and encouraging areas of strength, skill and opportunity for the Locality Managers, and through them, large staff teams working from premises and within communities. To support the use of evidenced based interventions based on best practice guidelines.• To ensure that contractual output targets are achieved and exceeded, and that the services perform well.• To ensure the accurate recording and inputting of client data and information in order that the services operate within contractual, administrative and financial requirements.• Addressing issues of domestic violence in the borough especially among vulnerable women and children
