Global Field Operations was responsible for the operations and profit & loss performance of the Asia, U.S. & Europe field teams. I led the Business Operations group for process improvements and software development, which had two segments: Data Analytics & Program Management.

I was in charge of the financial analysis & operational optimization of the field service workforce. Concurrently, I led a team as the Senior Project Manager to build enterprise software applications for workforce planning and analysis.

We turned prototypes into semiconductor manufacturing products that fabricated computer chips for customers such as Samsung & Intel. I led cross-functional teams to deliver finished products, while meeting and exceeding performance requirements, total cost of ownership targets and schedule milestones.

I joined the Navy to pursue a career in nuclear power and serve our country like my father and grandfathers. I was commissioned at the Officer Candidate School in Pensacola, FL, and then went to Navy Nuclear Power School in Charleston, SC, the Naval Prototype Unit in Balston Spa, NY, and Submarine Officer School in Groton, CT. I served in Kings Bay, GA aboard the USS Wyoming Blue Crew as a Submarine Warfare Officer. I qualified to supervise all nuclear power and submarine operations. I first was in charge of the Nuclear Machinery Division, and finished my service in charge of the Communications Division.

I worked at NASA Kennedy Space Center in the Facilities Engineering Division for 3 separate semesters. I worked with many great students from other universities, and I lived on the beach, so a pretty stellar experience overall.

I worked for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as my high school's representative for the Buccaneer's Student Advisory Board. On a monthly basis, we would participate in volunteering activities with the NFL players and coaches, and during the football season, we worked as student ambassadors for guest relations.
