This included digital Battle Command Systems and the computer systems used to simulate movement of Soldiers and supplies on the battlefield. I took part in the federated CSTX at Fort McCoy, which was a multiple unit exercise, and included live and simulated units. I was the Contractor in Charge of an Engineer Battalion with a road clearing mission. I also took part in 2 Support Command (Expeditionary) exercises.

Responsible for the training of Reserve Soldiers-Sailors-Airmen-Coast Guardsmen for deployment overseas. Responsible for running various live fire lanes, classroom instruction, and individual and platoon level training lanes-trained 50,000 troops for deployment. Developed and executed the detailed strategic plans and work plans for day-to-day operations and forecasted logistical and personnel requirements. Established and managed the metrics for measuring proficiency and wrote comprehensive after action reports. I directed 129 senior employees responsible for development, training, and evaluation of 90,500 people and 335 Navy, Air Force, Marine, Coast Guard and Army units deploying to Southwest Asia and Africa. I served as the Mobilization Team Chief, synchronizing training for 25 to 45 units at a time, while we re-engineered a paper based training record keeping system to fully digital which improved efficiency by 85% and allowed us to free up 30 personnel for other missions. -
