I was responsible for the planning of and coordination for all contractor support for battalion and brigade level training exercises for the 2nd BDE, 75th Div. This included digital Battle Command Systems and the computer systems used to simulate movement of Soldiers and supplies on the battlefield. I took part in the federated CSTX at Fort McCoy, which was a multiple unit exercise, and included live and simulated units. I was the Contractor in Charge of an Engineer Battalion with a road clearing mission. I also took part in 2 Support Command (Expeditionary) exercises.

Program manager-equivalent for an Army Reserve training organization of 129 personnel consisting of a reserve section in Fort Meade, MD, and a active duty section at Fort Dix, NJ. Responsible for the training of Reserve Soldiers-Sailors-Airmen-Coast Guardsmen for deployment overseas. Responsible for running various live fire lanes, classroom instruction, and individual and platoon level training lanes-trained 50,000 troops for deployment. Developed and executed the detailed strategic plans and work plans for day-to-day operations and forecasted logistical and personnel requirements. Established and managed the metrics for measuring proficiency and wrote comprehensive after action reports. I directed 129 senior employees responsible for development, training, and evaluation of 90,500 people and 335 Navy, Air Force, Marine, Coast Guard and Army units deploying to Southwest Asia and Africa. I served as the Mobilization Team Chief, synchronizing training for 25 to 45 units at a time, while we re-engineered a paper based training record keeping system to fully digital which improved efficiency by 85% and allowed us to free up 30 personnel for other missions.

Responsible for formulation, coordination, and monitoring of detailed plans, programs, training schedules, objectives, and forecasts training for scope, organization, realism, and applicability. Conducts systemic reviews of training plans and policies that provides training results to effectively organize expanded mission goals and objectives. Assists the G3 in the Training Readiness Oversight and Mobilization of all Reserve Component units training with the 9 subordinate brigades and at 5 Mobilization Training Centers.

Deputy Command: Responsible for coordinating a staff of 5 to plan the process for restructuring of five Battle Command and Staff Brigades from five different divisions into one Battle Command Training Division. Planned multiple conferences in various locations to help improve the process of restructuring and allocating logistical and training support to ensure success for the new division. Coordinated with five Division level headquarters, The National Simulation Center, First and Fifth Armies, Forces Command, and the US Army Reserve.

Provides administrative, operational and logistical support to the Joint Chief of Staff Task Force Commander. Provides feedback to the Deputy Chief of Staff-Land on any matters pertaining to the Army staff.Served as Communications Officer on a brigade level Task Force. Responsible for computers, hand held/vehicle mounted and armory based high frequency radio systems, both secure and non-secure.Mobilized on State Active Duty for 3 missions. Coordinated with National, State, County, Municipal level agencies during all three Emergency Operations. Worked on Active Duty in the Joint force Headquarters-NJ Emergency Operations Center for one 120 day operation. Worked in the NJ OEM as the NJARNG Liaison Officer for one operation.

Manager for a third party warehouse, which shipped to a national retail chain, in a fully computerized warehouse. I started working on a pick-pack system and was able to improve picking by over 200%. Working with the IT Manager we were able to make other improvements to increase picking accuracy and efficiency. Was promoted and ran two pick-pack departments. I coordinated with the shipping department manager, when he was backed up, to ensure a smooth flow in the outbound shipping line. Set new records daily and weekly for numbers picked and shipped.

I was the Warehouse Manager of a small manufacturing company, which produced light fixtures. I supervised 5 workers in packing and packing orders, loading our trucks ( 3 in our fleet) and other over the road transportation companies vehicles. I coordinated with the production department to increase orders shipped and efficient use of our own truck fleet. I coordinated for all transportation services needed to ship our goods. We had meetings with the owner, sales staff, production and myself to ensure we were making the best use of our resources.

I worked as a replenishment supervisor, with 20 workers and over 3500 breakcase bins to replenish. I assisted Inventory Control in finding lost merchandise in our warehouse.

Supervisor of between 20-100 pick pack workers. I usually ran two departments. During busy times I was used at satellite facilities with no on ground supervision over me. I was promoted after 10 months.
