This includes setting scope parameters with homeowner and subcontractors during initial job walk through, daily inspections including updating daily log, filing supplements, change orders, punch lists, and concluding with the final walk through and signed Certificate of Completion by homeowner. I am also responsible for collecting final payment from homeowner and turning in an organized final job completion packet to the office.

Responsible for all underwriting and risk activities related to all accounts brought in by our sales team. I was ultimately responsible for underwriting each account through our front end bank, our processor, and our back end bank. This included distributing the proper information to each of the three entities to ensure our company and our merchant were each properly funded. I was also responsible for all accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as all taxes and budgetary concerns. I also handled all Human Resources duties including interviewing, hiring, and firing of all but sales personnel.

Managed a team of 10-15 outside sales representatives through their daily sales appointments and daily cold calls. This included speaking with and helping close each business owner while my sales representative was at the business location. I also handled all incoming sales inquiries.I was responsible for interviewing, hiring and firing of all my sales representatives. I also managed a small team of 2-4 inside sales people. This team followed up with business owners when a scheduled appointment was not run by one of our outside sales people. We used this opportunity to reschedule the appointment or complete the sale over the phone.
