Established JBM's commercial software sales operation, responsible for all aspect of the sale of the Commercial of the Shelf (COTS) product known as the Common Message Processor (CMP) a Military Formatted Message (MTF) messaging application. Established the process and procedures related the commercial sale of a government software product, export requirements, purchase order and invoicing methods, formal external communications, and pricing structures for the CMP product. Initiated and formalized strategic partnerships with oversees vendors (including onsite visits) for European and Asian sales, managed and oversaw the execution of International sales of CMP for all non Foreign Military Sales (FMS), while managing ITAR and EAR compliance with all sales transactions from inception to execution. Developed and managed marketing plans, license agreements, and sales processes within JBM to rapidly and effectively respond and close all CMP related sales requirements for non-US government customers.In 2008 awarded selection of "preferred partner" for QinetiQ's European and Asian MTF sales.Singlehandedly increased software sales revenue of CMP %3800 within 18 months.

COMMAND POST OF THE FUTURE (CPOF; Primarily responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of testing on the various CTSF test environments. Additionally provides an independent, subjectively detailed analysis of CPOF software, authoring technical test reports dictating findings for direct feedback to the Program Manager, and Product development teams.
