I am a professional illustrator currently based in York, UK. I have accrued over 10 years of studio experience working as an Illustrator/Designer at a Soft Play company with offices based in North Wales and Sweden, and as a senior Illustrator at a children's publishing company based in York.I work digitally, primarily in Adobe Photoshop or ProCreate, but I have skills in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign too. I like to practice my traditional skills where possible, and I especially enjoy sketching from life, but sadly Life Drawing classes in York have been somewhat scarce post-pandemic!I work well as a part of a team, or independently, and my work is very important to me. I will go the extra mile to complete a piece of work to the very fullest of my ability, as I believe it's not only important to the customer/client that they get the best I can offer, but also that my work reflects me as an artist.In my free time I like to socialise with my friends in York, or enjoy some quiet time to myself. Once a year I meet up with some friends to travel to various parts of the world to experience new and amazing things. Our recent travels have taken us to Namibia, South Africa, Azerbaijan and Georgia. Seeing Elephants bathing in the wild on our safari trip to Namibia is a treasured memory I will keep close to my heart forever, it was like a dream.
