Cultivated a culture and learning environment that retains top talent, and significant cost savings from reduced agency spend whilst fostering a culture of trust and creativity.• Design Leadership & Brand Guardianship: Led design, strategy, and brand guardianship for multiple Asia & Row brands, including Vera&John, InterCasino, Yuugado, and Yuugado Sportsbook. Redesigned the iconic Inter logo for JP.• Visionary Leadership: Successfully align all creative efforts with the broader business and marketing strategies. Collaborated with and orchestrated external design agencies. • Innovation: Initiated and led creation of a responsive single-page application framework which rolled out to all brands. Produced and edited in-house videos for social. Co-founder and designer of internal group magazine to aid the transition through the acquisition. Created bespoke brand mascots, illustrations, guidelines, and corporate design of the group.

Founder, DirectorColossal Studio Aug 2004 - Mar 2019NorfolkFrom 2004, whilst studying Graphic Communication at Northampton University I began working freelance for a number of businesses and charities, which I still maintain relationships with.• Working with clients such as NordVPN, Etoro, VW, Lust and Vestiaire Collective.• Rebrand of my hometowns iconic carnival festival 8 Day Weekend.• ‘Students Against Depression’ website redesign for the Charlie Waller Memorial Trust.• Branding and bottle labels for local start-up brewer “Sir Toby’s Beers”.• A personal trainers website, culminating many years later with the opening of his own gym. I tackled the gyms branding, the design and development of its website.• Most fulfilling of all; The branding, character design and all the printed media for ‘Splashsave’, a water safety program now run in New Zealand with the goal of reducing the drowning rates of children. Recently featured on the news in NZ and soon to form part of the government run ‘new-born packs’ over there. -

A cartoon cattle branding spin on the classic shooting gallery from concept to completion, which a competition was built around, resulting in increased business and an ever-growing mailing list generated from the integrated high score database system. -
