Completed 55+ transactions, including 7+ new business platforms, as well as JVs, divestitures, and strategic organic initiatives, growing annual revenue by 3.6x from $1.7Bn to $6.3Bn. - Acquired, integrated and completed expansion transactions for Onco360 and CareMed, now the leading independent specialty pharmacy in the US, including adding non-Oncology therapies and hub and manufacturer services capabilities- Transacted, integrated and architected expansion plan for Amerita, currently a top 5 specialty home infusion platform, completing 15+ bolt-on acquisitions, and spearheading organic expansion in to Ambulatory Infusion Centers- Acquired and integrated OnePoint Patient Care, accelerating growth of unique hospice pharmacy PBM and dispensing model by leveraging PharMerica network footprint- Acquired substantially all of the Company's revenue outside of the legacy long-term care business, including specialty pharmacy, specialty home infusion, hospice pharmacy, specialty lite pharmacy, hospital pharmacy management and 3PL wholesaler businesses- In core LTC business, completed over 30 transactions with over $1.1Bn in revenue and 200k+ beds, adding customer volume, regional density and new product and service capabilities, and created the Company's first LTC pharmacy joint venture structures - Successfully represented the company in numerous legal matters, both M&A related and otherwise - Played a critical role in sponsor exit planning and the company's January 2024 IPOPreviously spent 10+ years as an investment banker, advocating for clients primarily in medical device, specialty pharma and HCIT. Sell-side experience includes numerous public and private placements, M&A engagements, leveraged loans and convertible bonds, totaling 50+ closed transactions and ~$10 billion in aggregate value. Also served as in business development and marketing for Boston Heart Dx, a Bain Capital portfolio company in healthcare diagnostics, performing financial analysis, marketing and partnership development with physician groups, hospital administrators, and industry partners.
