With 21+ years of dedicated experience I have an energetic passion for the alcohol beverage industry and CPG's in general. I am a seniored National account sales professional who excels at building strong, lasting relationships with corporate buyers, retail decision makers, supplier partners, and internal sales teams. I love building new brands and positioning current portfolio brands to overachieve sales goals. My professional background started with a Business Marketing degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio leveraged into two decades of learning and skill development in the CPG distribution industry. By working at one of the largest and most forward thinking beer & spirit distributors in the world, I have expertise in supply chain logistics, brand building, category management, and utilizing syndicated data sources to provide customer insights. I excel in building and delivering impactful, mutually beneficial sales presentations. I have extensive experience in National Grocery/Liquor chains such as Total Wine & More, Twin Liquors, Whole Foods, Target, HEB Central Market, Sprouts, Trader Joe’s, Aldi, and others. My career achievements reflect my passion for success by helping my customers achieve their goals. By aligning with buyers, we achieved a record-breaking launch of the Yuengling brand portfolio. I have led the chain sales strategy in product launches for dozens of new brands, and helped expedite the transition of the Sazerac portfolio to our distributorship. As a retailer’s trusted advisor I have won the set captainship for chains including Twin Liquors (Sigel’s). I have also been a key advisor for Sprouts in choosing their schematic set-captain with MillerCoors and then the Boston Beer Company. In my spare time I enjoy coaching soccer, stand-up paddleboarding, biking, fishing, golf, and hiking. I earned a letter in college for high jump, ran a 26.1 mile marathon, and rode 50 miles on the bike in the Shiner GASP race. My family also enjoys our evening walks with our 3 rescue dogs.My goal is to leverage my extensive experience and skill set to drive growth, gain market share, and grow a company’s brands perceived value to their customers.
