As part of an R&D team I represent stakeholders by building product requirements. I assist with implementation and then validate that the features of our solution satisfy those requirements.

I build and maintain product requirements for products (web-based and mobile) and represent the customer in the delivery of software in an agile program.

Defined and maintained product requirements and worked with stakeholders in a iterative manner to ensure that the final deliverable was the right product, delivered at the right time and in the right way during periods of constantly-changing priorities.

Responsible for managing a QA test team and executing on test plans to ensure software was delivered on time and according to spec. Worked closely with clients to ensure expectations were met during acceptance testing.
