• Design, implementation, maintenance and training of our own bespoke client health portal and clinical record application.• Lead client IT implementation officer, which includes liaising with our clients during implementation, ensuring project deadlines are met.• Lead Applications trainer to clients across the UK. • Applications trainer to clients across the UK. Applications include Full Microsoft Office 97, 2000, 2003 and 2007 also including Visio. • Lesson plans were created for Microsoft SharePoint Designer although I never got the opportunity to conduct any training sessions.During my time in this position I was an applications trainer responsible for travelling across the UK to provide training to clients. This training was carried out in one of our various Training Centres across the UK.
