Prepares of progress billings, pursues timely payments from the customer and authorizes payments to material suppliers and subcontractors.o Obtains bids and selects reliable subcontractors to provide wiring, device installation, special construction or other serviceso Participates in job site final walk-thru and manages the completion of all close-out documentation such as As-Built drawings and system operating instructions; transfers of excess materials; billings, collections and payments; and all project records.

o Responsible for installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of HVAC automation controls.o Start up, configure and troubleshoot Server/client PCs and Ethernet networks.o Troubleshoot existing and new automation system control devices to correct malfunctions.o Writing and modifying custom programming for HVAC control systems.
