Work with directorates across the Census Bureau to gather requirements for the new survey sampling and customer relationship management systems. Based on what is gathered, we create a set of enterprise requirements to accommodate the surveys and censuses fielded by the Bureau. As the Requirements Team Lead, I work with the Onboarding and Release Train teams, within the Office of Innovation and Implementation, and the development teams to coordinate the build and delivery of enterprise systems for the surveys and censuses.

Assistant Survey Director for the Telephone Point-of-Purchase Survey (TPOPS) and the Consumer Expenditures Surveys Gemini Redesign Project. Project Manager creating schedules, managing resources, and working with intra-divisional and intra-agency workgroups to plan, design, monitor, and deliver data related to TPOPS and the Gemini Redesign projects.

Project Manager for the National Crime Victimization Survey, the School Crime Supplement, and the Police Public Contact Survey. I supervise a staff of five people who are responsible for these surveys from design to data processing.

Oversaw the Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing component of the National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS). Also worked on the conversion of the survey from a paper and DOS based system, to a fully automated GUI cased system.

Created statistical tables and reports on the process of summoning residents for jury duty. As I was the first person to hold this position in the office, I was tasked with determining the types of information to report as well as the structure of the reports.
