This position is responsible for preparing vehicles for "lot ready" status, as well as all personnel within the division. Vehicles are either trade ins, program purchases, or new vehicles. It is my responsibility that the vehicles go through the appropriate steps, from newly acquired, inspected, repaired, detailed and photoed, and ready for sale. This position was responsible for preparing vehicles for "lot ready" status, as well as all personnel within the division. Vehicles were either trade ins, or program purchases. It was my responsibility that the vehicles went through the appropriate steps, from newly acquired, inspected, repaired, detailed and photoed, and ready for sale. During my time as reconditioning manager, I reduced the time-to-lot average from 45 days to 6 days. I also assembled an in-house detail team, capable of producing 100 full details on a monthly average. My typical car count was 200 cars, from acquisition to lot ready, on a monthly basis. My division employed 20-25 full time and part time employees.

Responsible for Site Safety, permit compliance, and Confined Space Rescue stand-by operations at power plant outages, petroleum storage facilities, and other petroleum production and drilling facilities. I am also responsible for the revision, and creation, of company and client safety records and procedures. I train new employees and clients in gas monitor and SCBA usage, repair, and calibration and several other work place safety related topics. I have also lead projects for various oil companies in H2S, Lead, Asbestos, and Benzene surveys, and Mold Remediation. I have also preformed duties as the Safety Advisor for a major oil company during multi-million dollar off-shore platform expansion, overseeing 100 plus contractors from various fields. I am knowledgeable in completing Respirator Fit-testing as well as Quick-Screen, Non-DOT, and DOT urinalysis. It is also my duty to maintain and keep a record of our fleet vehicles. In February of 2012 I was promoted from Field Supervisor to Operations Manager where my duties led to the financial management of the Bakersfield operation in its entirety.
