Looking after the site maintenance for Global Advanced Metals. My role includes all Plant maintenance, Project works, Pronto CMMS and Production. I am appointed to look after the site structural, classified and gas requirements.

Lillydale Rd Geelorup Wa

I was employed to look after a crushing plant. I was responsible for increasing throughput and reliability for the plant. There was 1 jaw crusher, 2 x cone crushers and a rotary crusher. Whilst I was at Hanson we increased throughput, reliability and reduced costs.

Bunbury Wa

Myself, Craig Gray and Rob Page formed a company called CCR Group. Servicing the south west and venturing also to the north west, Kalgoorlie areas and overseas. Supplying labour to the mining industry and project work. I worked in this environment until I sold out and went back to our family farm to enjoy several years of watching my kids grow up, beef farming and owner build our house.

Left Gwalia at Greenbushes to gain experience in the Power industry. Working on Coal crushers, boilers, steam, etc.

Greenbushes Western Australia

Looked after the maintenance at the Tantalum Secondary Plant for 12 months, then moved up to help with commissioning of the Llithium Carbonate Plant which was having problems since startup. Assisted with throughput and run times but unfortunately didn't get the targets in place quick enough for it to become a viable plant. Took up the role of setting up the Light Vechile workshop of a contractor and implementing a CMMS for all vehicles and earth moving equipment for our company.

Greenbushes

I came to Greenbushes as a shutdown fitter and was asked if I had a business name and public liability etc so that I could work direct for Greenbushes Tin at the time. My role was a contract shift fitter were i was responsible for all breakdowns at the Primary and Secondary Crushing plants, Lithium plant, Intergrated Plant, Buried Loader, Tails retreatment plant, Laboratory and the Tantalum Secondary Plant. Midland Workshops

I spent approximately 2 1/2 years at the Midland workshops working in the Apprentice school to start with then moving around the Rolling stock Maintenance, head section, Machine shop etc. I spent the next 1 1/2 years working in Kewdale, Forrestfield, Picton and Geraldton.
