I created Declination Digital Marketing as a way to start helping small businesses in the Pacific Northwest achieve their marketing aspirations. In addition to building and optimizing the website, I provide ongoing marketing strategy and paid search ad management.Sharpe Works LLC:I created a new website to help drive leads and showcase the expertise of the Sharpe Works LLC team. Additionally, I created a thorough marketing and SEO plan to ensure they are showing up at the top of search engines.

At Infoblox, my focus area was creating an "always on" engine that would continuously deliver high-quality leads for our BDR and sales teams. I worked cross-collaboratively with various teams throughout the organization, including Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, BDRs, Threat Intelligence Teams, and more. Some of the large projects I worked on include:PPC campaign management: Managing a quarterly budget of over $120,000 for paid social and paid searchCampaign Leadership: Managed numerous campaigns that included a full range of tactics and strategies, such as webinars, podcasts, email, paid search, and paid social.Podcast production: I managed the Infoblox Podcast "Threat Talk" by organizing guest appearances, topic iteration, promotion, and reporting on performance metrics. I worked cross-collaboratively with the product marketing managers to ensure highly relevant and compelling topics. Through my management, we increased episode consumption by over 300%. Although this was a top-of-funnel marketing activity, I was able to generate a number of highly qualified leads as well.SEO: I managed the inbound marketing and SEO strategy for the company, providing audits, competitive analysis, keyword research, and SEO plans and implementation. Additionally, I updated the blog posting process to include SEO as a key element in every post, resulting in a significant lift in our organic traffic. Reporting: I managed a website performance reporting schedule that consists of weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates. I presented these reports to both upper leadership teams and my peers.Web Team: Worked with the web team to create a more streamlined and optimized blog posting process. Additionally, I provided website audits and asset publication to ensure quality asset tagging and SEO.

At SiteCrafting, I worked as a digital marketing and SEO specialist for over 10 clients. I provided strategic expertise for our clients and ensured all plans were executed with high customer satisfaction. My work included SEO and content audits for over 15 organizations, competitive analysis, keyword research, SEM, paid social, content migrations, SEO implementation. I was given the opportunity to present to clients early on and earned the trust of both clients and my employer.

I specialized in analyzing the key performance indicators of the G2 marketing team efforts in order to provide a holistic view of what was and was not working. My analysis covered lead generation and nurturing, SEO, campaign performance and more. To increase the quality of data we collected I did a  lot of work with our marketing automation program. Additionally, I developed HTML marketing emails for campaigns, events and client engagement.

Digital marketing internship

While working as a community adviser at Western Washington University, I ensured a safe and productive environment for the residents of the Birnam Wood Apartment Community. My duties include:- Establishing relationships with over 100 residents to ensure a positive living experience- Organizing events that are intended for community building and student well being- Conduct rounds of the apartment grounds ensuring the health and safety of over 600 residents- Provide guidance and referrals to students in need of counseling- Establish a program designed to foster the professional and social development of fellow staff members

While working at the WWU Veterans Services Office, I have maintained the organization of active student files while ensuring a positive and productive environment for other Veterans. My duties have included:- Auditing the proper upkeep of over 300 active students ensuring the timely disbursement of VA funds- Operating a system of record keeping that tracks student account and scholastic information - Trained new hires in the day to day operations of the VSO- Provided guidance to Veterans and Dependents who were trying to utilize their VA benefits

I worked for over a year at the Mount Rainier Pool while I was attending junior college. My duties included being a swim instructor, front desk attendant, and lifeguard. - Ensured the safety and well being of the pool patrons- Maintained positive relationships with patrons while working in a front desk attendant capacity- Helped train and lead other lifeguards in crisis management and life saving techniques

I worked as Military Police in the United States Marine Corps. I was assigned to a field unit, so my duties were directly tied to combat operations support and training Afghan National Police. While I was in the Marines, I attained many merit based promotions which led to increased responsibilities which included:- Squad leader in charge of establishing the organization, ability and safety of over 11 Marines - Evidence locker custodian in charge of the organization of over 800 pieces of collected evidence - Training officer responsible for training Marines and Afghan National Police
