Chris Shea is President and CEO of Forgen (Formerly Great Lakes E&I) where he is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the company including capturing new market segments, developing partnerships nationwide, and promoting Great Lakes E&I’s growth, expansion and ultimate success. Chris has been in the environmental and infrastructure industry for nearly 30 years and has extensive P&L experience. Most recently, Chris was President of CH2M’s Environment and Nuclear Business Group, where he was responsible for a business unit with $1.8 B in annual revenues and over 6000 employees.With a proven track record of driving innovation, increasing profitability, and sustaining organizational excellence in all market conditions, Chris has successfully built business units from the ground up as well as turned around faltering operations. Previously, Chris was a Senior Vice President / Director of Construction for CH2M Hill, overseeing major project and program execution, people management and business development. He also held leadership positions at Envirocon and other remediation contractors pursuing similar markets. Chris has a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Arizona.
