Under my leadership we load on average 13-16,000 pieces of product a week. On top of that we sort and stage 15,000 pieces a week. Our floor space is around 90,000 sq fit with an additional 30,000 sq ft at our Walnut Creek facility. I currently manage 37 employees and operate two working shifts. I am passionate about working as a team, finding solutions to obstacles, fostering growth of employees through servant leadership, improving system processes and finding efficiencies.

During my time in this position I managed a team of 25 employees. Our department’s job was to take all the finished goods for the entry doors and assemble them into a full entry door and package them for shipment. We had 2 divisions the frame side and the slab side. On the frame side we would assemble the entry door frames. On the slab side we would install the glass, hardware and any other misc accessories into the slabs. Then we would hang the assembled slabs into the built frames and package them for shipment. On average we would build and package 300-400 entry doors a day. Through strong interpersonal skills, servant leadership, and hardworking employees we all built a great bond and had a strong team. We worked efficiently, and communicated very well even through the difficult COVID pandemic.
