Senior Analyst In Digital Analytics
CurrentI am responsible for structuring the Digital Analytics area within Almap BBDO. As the only analyst, I have been building and being the central point for validating client Web environments, in addition to bringing solutions and insights to optimize the user journey.One of the main projects that I have been building within Almap BBDO is the delivery of Real Time data from Web environments through GCP. This ensures the stability of data that is not consolidated by Google Analytics. This ensures the visualization of our clients’ main KPIs.Additionally, I am coordinating a project aimed at developing a Master Data Management (MDM) system for our clients. This solution will allow us to generate detailed user-level insights, enabling us to manage views and attributions independent of traditional analytics platforms like Google Analytics. By leveraging this MDM, we can offer a more comprehensive and centralized view of customer interactions across multiple channels, facilitating more accurate and personalized decision-making for our clients. This approach will also give us greater control over data privacy, security, and scalability, tailoring our solutions to meet evolving business needs.My main challenge, while serving Accor, Volkswagen, Elo, and LG, is to spread a data-driven culture focused on Web vision and conduct A/B tests aimed at CRO, ensuring constant optimization of the User Journey area. This has become a significant achievement within AlmapBBDO, as it had not been done before the creation of the Digital Analytics department.
