Today I'm part of the B.I area, helping communication between the IT and Marketing areas and helping the Growth and Products areas with data. I am responsible for the Digital Analytics area at Universa Group companies (Empiricus/Vítreo/Money Times/Seu Dinheiro/Real Valor/MMakers). As we are going through a merger, we want to have a complete view of the user journey integrated between all Universa Group platforms and companies. With this, I aim to integrate and structure Analytics for the group's companies. We also created a very strong culture of A/B testing so that we can always improve and optimize all of our conversions, optimize our pages and improve our users' journey. I helped to centralize marketing information (Web and App) in a Data Warehouse, using Supermetrics, Firebase, Adjust, Bigquery, AWS S3 and Amazon Redshift as tools, thus bringing better performance to company campaigns. I created several operational dashboards with Real-Time information for the Marketing team, which help to measure the performance of their campaigns throughout the day. I was also responsible for creating Data-Driven visualizations in Google Analytics through the multichannel funnels tool, bringing a complete view of the users' journey through the Universa group companies to the main conversion points.
