My primary role is the safe and secure day to day running of the archive facility and the staff within. This is the key site leadership and operational role. I am responsible for leading all aspects of the Business Centre under my control. This involves delivering a daily service as well as managing the Centre and its performance. This is achieved through effective business planning, developing the team and growing the archive. To be successful excellent leadership, security and safety planning and execution skills are required. I must be able to continuously overcome challenges, identify improvement opportunities and deliver excellent performance.I am also responsible for overseeing the QMS, including getting it mature for audit and continuous improvement and management thereafter.

I am Managing Director of Sinclair Aerial Surveys Ltd. We are a company in the Highlands of Scotland specialising in aerial inspection, surveys, photography and video by means of an unmanned aerial vehicle, (UAV). We have full CAA permissions to work, and operate a stringent health and safety policy. Our Multicopter is mobile, versatile and capable of excellent image quality and footage, providing the best possible service to clients.

Subsea Acoustic Surveys and Subsea Construction support and Inspection. Initially hired as an online surveyor, but in 2012 was promoted to Senior Surveyor, coordinating all the offshore surveys, and managing the various departments on board.
