Coaching delivery teams and leaders to develop change agility across the enterprise

Designing and driving dynamic change strategies for organizations and leaders who are ready to transform. I've worked with clients in the Milwaukee, Madison, and Chicago areas.

Developed and led the cross-functional implementation of a comprehensive agile framework that facilitated a division's shift to an agile methodology.  Coached and trained product owners and scrum team members on agile methodology. Consulted with business leaders across the enterprise to coach, guide, and support them during transformational change. Introduced an enterprise-wide Change Capability Program.

Established change management strategies that assessed internal and external readiness, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing effectiveness for several large projects. Mentored, facilitated, and supervised cross-functional teams focusing on change leadership and change management. Overhauled Change Management guidelines to provide direction and consistency for fellow change practitioners. Authored a Change Management standard based on Prosci ADKAR® concept, including process flow, best practices, and appropriate templates/tools.

Built and managed all change, marketing and communications plans, stakeholder analysis, sponsor roadmaps, and readiness plans for multi-year deployment of new CRM system. Created comprehensive market delivery strategy with repeatable methods and infrastructure to support ongoing CRM rollout. Assessed and prepared hundreds of field offices for implementation readiness.

Designed a comprehensive proposal to develop and expand $10m field consulting program. Created new business objectives, infrastructure models, success metrics, assessment tools, reporting procedures, collaborative spaces, workflows and operational processes. Orchestrated project management efforts for approved pilot of the proposed consulting program overhaul.

Envisioned, designed, focus tested, and published virtual collaboration space, processes, and workflows for cross-functional consulting teams to track, update and share tasks, field office goal progress, and field data. Formulated multiple process improvements for field office transitions and consulting analytics; designed and executed tracking tool to assess internal business partners’ readiness for support of new financials impacting each field office.

Led communications and training for large projects; led the project management of other projects. Created and led the implementation of a new user provisioning process for compliant use of Microsoft LiveMeeting by 5K+ field users. Established and maintained internal processes, workflows, and end user content as Tech Program Team Lead. Initiated and instituted live online training model to support new software rollout; initial classes were well-received, resulting in high-demand for personal creation of program training curriculums and trainer scripts for others. Trained temporary hires on live online training scripts and other program processes and technology. Wrote and coordinated communications for 10K end users.

 Created and published hundreds of pages in content, housed in online user guide for 10K end users. Created and governed style guide and other communication and publishing standards for the business and project teams.
