Manage a field service team of eighteen field service technicians. Monitor a regional inventory of $700,000 to ensure the correct parts are stocked based on field usage. Monitor day to day operations and adjust service call assignment to ensure the correct tech is taking the service call their skill set best fits. Gather and prepare numerous uptime reports and perform customer meetings. Interview and hire new technicians for growing areas. Ensure safety guidelines are being met and the total service call process is being completed. Perform employee evaluation and monitor technician goals for their yearly evaluation.

Install; Upgrade; Repair; and maintain continuous feed commercial printing equipment. This includes but is not limited to preventative maintenance; troubleshooting; updating down time to management; manage a personal inventory of $10k and a site stock inventory of $25k in parts; 24/7 rotating on call schedule; training new operators; assisting in other regions when necessary including the Easton and Allentown area, Sidney, NY, Buffalo, NY, and Syracuse, NY; Team lead in NorthEast Pa and upstate NY. Responsible for company assets such as Laptop, phone, tools and company car. Maintain a safe work environment and efficient work practices such as troubleshooting mechanical and electrical machine issues. Lead Tech for a 20-man team. Numerous offsite training classes, monitoring other techs inventory numbers; call Queues; and day to day business of the region as well as various other duties as assigned.
