Having just reached my “Mid life” aka 50 years old, just last year, I now know that my calling is to empower others to be the best version of themselves and help take away their pain points/frustrations wherever possible, so they in turn can create their best “Story” possible. As a Director in my current Business, I work closely with our Techs and Subcontractors, so that these guys and gals are optimising their whole life, not just their work “skills”. I also do this with our customers, to address the frustrations that often occur with large organisations when engaging technology delivery partners. After 19 years in the industry, I have seen the same frustrations over and over, so its pleasing to know that we can create Valuable Partnerships by becoming a “Set and Forget” organisation, who actually address what we call – “The Top 10 Frustrations when engaging a Communications Contractor” This has allowed our business to expand across all of Qld and deliver projects with a Safe, High Quality and Seamless approach.
