Transitioned marketing of NGLS from 100% processor affiliates over to a balanced mix of SWN internal, and independent, third-party partners and end users. Executed strategic deals among cultivated relationships and creating partnership-type relationships with viable, credit-worthy, term-focused counterparts. Evaluated and negotiated multiple foreign-index tied LPG export opportunities on the basis of structure, pricing, cost components, and international LPG trends.

Originally brought on to facilitate the purchasing and sourcing of ygrade for a greenfield fractionation project in the Bakken as well as sell the purity products and market products from the tailgate downstream of the proposed fractionator. About a two months after joining Flatirons the untimely and unforeseen death of a managing partner in the venture and the uncertainty around the desire to move forward with the project prompted me and my set of experiences, relationships and skills to be deployed elsewhere.

As a part of the NGL Marketing team at Anadarko, I worked with a seasoned team of marketers to gain the best net-back value for Anadarko's produced NGL's out of many Rockies area plants. Through the Anadarko Energy Services Company affiliate we catered to a dynamic and diverse set of customers all across the Rocky Mountain Region. The bulk of my time was directed towards selling producer liquids like propane, we also marketed field grade, b/g mix, ISO butane, normal butane, and natural gasoline as well. Managed the logistics and economic decisions tied to these logistical options. The products were transported by pipeline, truck, and rail. Pricing varied by product and marketplace (local destination vs pipeline or rail destination).Where we had spare fractionation capacity we are able to purchase other 3rd party liquids like y-grade and field grade butane to optimize our midstream assets' throughput and potentially earn a higher netback price to producers. We obtained adequate pipeline capacity space to get the producer a Mount Belvieu related price uplift and achieved even better price uplift through local market fractionated product sales.

I took on a more commercial role and joined a group of marketing reps and advisors with Anadarko's Rockies team. I worked with experienced marketers and others to master the Rockies pipeline grid to enhance our existing optionality. I became familiar with our upper Midwest and Chicago markets and promoted our growing DJ front-range business. I contributed on projects that created longer-term, strategic deals with key customers and endusers here along the front-range as well as developed new customers and commercial relationships with midwest and Chicago natural gas buyers. Also developed model for optimizing Anadarko's Powder River Basin exporting pipe capacity around the various netback pricing implications to derive the best price for the company as a whole.

Downstream natural gas scheduling and gas control activities for West Rox desk. Includes firm transport on CIG, Chey Plains, PSCO, Kern River, Questar, Opal, Northwest, El Paso, Transwestern, Transcolorado, Socal, and others. Also filled in as backup for day positions on trading desk.

Handled the revenue booking for southern division Kerr McGee legacy properties.
