Technical role supporting major national and international customers. Focusing on NPD, problem solving and packaging capabilities.

Account management role for our largest customer in the UK, with a particular focus on new product development and key account responsibilities. The role entails offering new solutions, productivity enhancements and overall technical support to all packaging areas of the customer manufacturing facilities throughout the UK, as well as working within a wider team across Europe to support multi-national packaging projects to ensure we deliver a seamless and consistent offering to the customer.In addition to this role, I actively support the packaging team of a major retailer in the UK through various technical support functions, be it directly related to packaging specifications or supply chain efficiencies. Customer technical support within the UK remains a function I continue to undertake where required.

Supporting all UK SK sites plus a key SK account on technical project work, cost take out initiatives and supply chain efficiencies. A customer facing role to help reduce overall packaging costs throughout the supply chain, including packaging machinery, flow of materials, optimal packaging specifications and logistical enhancement. Working alongside other divisions within SK to offer and deliver the best solution for the customers’ requirements.

Tesco

Working within the Tesco Replenishment Team, supporting and developing projects where packaging can have an impact on both the stores (through efficient and effective design) and customer interaction.

Smurfit Kappa Peterborough

Responsible for two key accounts and new business development within the multi-purpose Peterborough site. Conventional and Heavy Duty Packaging, as well as composite packs, developed to offer unique packaging solutions to the customer.
