Current• Identified new resources for recruiting to better search results and search quality of candidates.• Create consistency and efficiencies to scale effectively for continued rapid growth.• Regularly assess and evaluate Talent Acquisition technology, tools, systems, programs, and processes.• Drive the development of Cohere Technology brand and develop strategies and tactics to effectively manage the brand both internally and externally.• Establish and manage key organizational metrics to meet short- and long-term recruiting strategies.• Work closely with hiring managers to drive the talent acquisition process and successfully identify strategic candidates.• Identify candidates for available positions in a competitive Software Development and Engineering market; specialize in finding cleared applicants for government contract positions to include but not limited to TS, TS/SCI and FSP.
