My role at Duke Energy has been quite diverse, and I functioned as a full time contingent and subcontracted worker. I started in Duke's Operations Monitoring group, I participated in the evaluation of options stage for their monitoring solutions needs, assisted in formulating a go forward strategy, and spearheaded this solutions deployments. I ultimately moved into a regional sales and support role within their Energy Services Group, before going back to head their operations Monitoring Group for several years.

At Havel, I worked as a business development member, ultimately leading the sales team for many years. Our focus was on positively maintaining existing relationship, and growing the business. I handled plan and specifications work, Consulting Engineer calls and business cultivation, and private negotiated sales. With my team at Havel, we grew the Monitoring System business year after year.
