Reponsible for the delivery of a MS CRM implementation.Deployed when the programme was already over time and budget with severe performance issues, a large number of functional issues/defects, as well as a lack of buy in from various areas of the Business.Responsible for all areas of delivery; the programme as well as management of the onshore/offshore supplier team.
