I am an IT Support Specialist at John Knox Village of Central Florida, where I provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for the residents and staff of a senior living community. I am also a School Tech Lead at All Souls Catholic School, where I support the integration of Clever, a digital learning platform, into the school's curriculum and technology infrastructure. I have strong skills in tech integration, security, data analysis, food service, and communication, which I developed through my education and work experiences in the education and hospitality industries. I am currently pursuing a Cybersecurity Certificate at the University of Central Florida, and I have earned multiple certifications from Clever, including the highest level of Clever Champion. I am passionate about creating engaging and inclusive learning environments for students and teachers, and empowering learners with the best digital tools and resources. I enjoy collaborating with my colleagues and stakeholders to leverage Clever's features and benefits, and to make education more accessible, personalized, and fun for everyone. My mission is to enhance the quality of life and learning for the communities I serve.
